2. Return Request Timeframe

To request a return, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

If your request is approved, the package must be handed to the carrier within 14 days from the approval date. Returns that are mailed late, sent without approval, or sent to the wrong address may be declined.

3. Condition Requirements

Returned items must arrive in original, resellable condition.

We can only accept items that are:

Not worn.
Not washed.
Not altered.
Free from perfume, smoke, deodorant, makeup, stains, odor, pet hair, damage, or visible signs of use.
Returned with original tags, packaging, accessories, and hygiene liners where applicable.
The same item, size, color, and SKU that was included in the original order.

If an item does not meet these standards, we may refuse the return, issue a partial refund, issue store credit at a reduced value, or return the item to you. If a refused item needs to be shipped back to you, the reshipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

4. Items Not Eligible For Return

Unless an item arrives defective, damaged before delivery, or incorrect, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Final Sale items.
Gift cards.
Store credit.
Intimates, underwear, shapewear, and bodysuits.
Swimwear with removed, damaged, or missing hygiene liners.
Earrings, hair accessories, socks, and similar hygiene-sensitive accessories.
Customized, personalized, or altered items.
Items damaged after delivery due to wear, washing, storage, misuse, or improper care.

If a product is marked Final Sale on the product page, cart, checkout, order confirmation, or promotion terms, it is not eligible for return because of size preference, color preference, changed mind, or personal preference.

5. How To Submit A Return Request

Please email service@abclothes.store and include:

Your order number.
The email address used at checkout.
The item or items you want to return.
The reason for the return.
Clear photos if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as expected.

After review, we will let you know whether the return is approved. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the authorized return address.

Do not send returns to the address printed on the original package. That address may be a shipping, warehouse, or logistics address and may not be able to receive returns. Returns must be sent only to the return address provided by ABClothes customer support after approval.

6. Return Shipping

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. This includes returns for:

Wrong size selected.
Color preference.
Changed mind.
Duplicate order.
Item no longer wanted.
Personal style preference.

If ABClothes provides a prepaid return label, the label cost may be deducted from your refund or store credit unless the return is due to our error.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged before delivery, or incorrect, we will provide a reasonable solution, which may include replacement, exchange, refund, store credit, or a return shipping solution.

If you choose your own carrier, please use a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, missing items, or delivered to the wrong address while in transit.

7. Exchanges

Each order may qualify for one size exchange, subject to inventory availability.

Exchange rules:

The item must satisfy all return condition requirements.
Exchanges are generally limited to the same item in another size or color.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit, refund, or another available solution.
Exchange shipping fees may apply unless the exchange is caused by our error.
Items received as an exchange are final and cannot be returned or exchanged again unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

8. Refund Choices

After your return is received and inspected, eligible returns may be refunded in one of the following ways where available.

Original Payment Method

Approved refunds may be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, shipping protection, duties, taxes, customs charges, and carrier fees are not refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by an ABClothes error.

Once a refund is issued, your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Shop Pay, or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.

Store Credit

You may choose to receive the eligible refund value as ABClothes store credit.

Store credit:

Can be used at checkout on abclothes.store.
May be processed faster after the return is received and approved.
Is issued based on the eligible refund amount determined after inspection.
Is not transferable.
Cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or refunded to a payment card unless required by law.
Cannot be used to purchase additional store credit or gift cards unless the checkout system allows it.

Choosing store credit does not remove the inspection requirement. Returned items must still meet all return conditions.

Store credit does not limit any statutory refund rights that may apply under consumer protection laws.

9. Free Shipping, Discounts, Gifts, And Bundles

If your order qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost is not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

If a partial return causes the value of the items you keep to fall below the free shipping threshold, ABClothes may deduct a standard shipping fee, actual outbound shipping cost, return label cost, or promotional shipping value from your refund or store credit where permitted by law.

Examples:

If your order received free shipping because it met a minimum order amount, but returned items bring the kept order value below that minimum, a shipping adjustment may be deducted.
If you return an item because of size preference, color preference, changed mind, or personal preference, return shipping remains your responsibility.
If the return is due to a confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will not deduct the shipping benefit caused by our error.

If your order included a free gift, bundle discount, gift-with-purchase offer, or promotional code, the promotion may be recalculated after a return. Free gifts or promotional items may need to be returned. If they are not returned, their retail or promotional value may be deducted from your refund or store credit.

10. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is delivered to the authorized return address, please allow time for inspection.

Approved refunds or store credit are usually processed within 5-10 business days after the return has been received and inspected.

Payment posting time depends on the payment provider:

PayPal and digital wallet refunds may appear sooner.
Credit and debit card refunds may take longer depending on the bank or card issuer.
Store credit may appear in your account or checkout balance after processing.

11. Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please include:

Your order number.
A photo of the full item.
Close-up photos of the problem.
A photo of the packaging.
A photo of the SKU, barcode, or item tag.
A photo of the shipping label if requested.

Please keep the item and packaging until the case is reviewed. Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, partial refund, refund, or another solution consistent with applicable law.

12. Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, please check:

Mailbox.
Parcel locker.
Front desk or reception.
Household members.
Neighbors.
Nearby delivery areas.

Some carriers mark packages as delivered shortly before final delivery. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us with your order number and tracking number.

We may ask you to confirm the shipping address, contact the carrier, open a carrier claim, or cooperate with a delivery investigation.

If tracking confirms delivery to the correct address, a refund or replacement is not guaranteed. Missing package claims are reviewed case by case.

13. Problems With Returned Packages

Please check your return package carefully before shipping.

ABClothes is not responsible for:

Non-ABClothes items sent to us.
Incorrect items returned.
Empty packages.
Packages sent without return approval.
Packages sent to an unauthorized or incorrect address.
Return packages lost, delayed, or damaged by your selected carrier.

These items or packages may not qualify for refund, store credit, exchange, storage, or reshipment.

14. Partial Refunds, Refused Returns, And Inspection Outcomes

After inspection, we may approve the return, issue a partial refund, issue partial store credit, refuse the return, or return the item to you.

Reasons may include:

Signs of wear, washing, stains, odor, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, damage, or alteration.
Missing tags, hygiene liners, packaging, or accessories.
Wrong item returned.
Return shipped outside the approved timeframe.
Item is Final Sale or non-returnable.
Return appears suspicious, abusive, incomplete, or inconsistent with the order.

If a refused item is shipped back to you, additional shipping fees may apply.

15. Abuse Prevention

To protect our customers and business, ABClothes may refuse returns, limit return options, issue store credit instead of a payment refund where legally permitted, cancel orders, or close accounts in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, excessive returns, policy violations, or payment disputes.

Examples may include:

Repeatedly ordering multiple sizes or colors and returning most items.
Returning items that have been worn, washed, stained, altered, damaged, or used.
Wearing items for events, photos, or short-term use and then attempting to return them.
Returning a different item than the one originally ordered.
Sending empty packages or unrelated items.
Repeated "delivered but not received" claims.
Filing a payment dispute after receiving a support resolution.

This section does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

16. Order Changes And Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or changed before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

If you need to update or cancel an order, contact service@abclothes.store as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order is placed.

17. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or other local charges.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are not collected or controlled by ABClothes.

If a package is refused because of duties, taxes, or customs fees, it may be returned, delayed, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority. Any refund will be reviewed after deducting applicable shipping costs, return costs, customs charges, handling fees, or losses where permitted by law.

18. UK And EU Customers

Customers located in the United Kingdom or European Union may have statutory cancellation rights for certain online purchases.

Where required by applicable law, eligible customers may have 14 days after receiving an order to notify us that they wish to cancel eligible items, and another 14 days to send the items back.

Certain goods may be excluded from cancellation rights, including sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened, customized goods, and other legally excluded items.

If statutory cancellation rights apply, ABClothes will follow applicable legal requirements. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
