Yes, the customers need to pay the return shipping. Our return warehouse is now in North America. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. And please return through your local post office to avoid tax. However, if your order qualifies for a free return, we will provide you with one prepaid return shipping label. Our free return activity will be carried out from time to time. I have not received my refund. When will I get the refund?

Why are there different situations between your shipping time
For our products, there are warehouses in the United States and overseas warehouses, so there are different shipping times. Generally, the shipping time of US warehouses is 2-5 business days, while that of overseas warehouses is 5-10 business days.
