Return & Exchange Policy
If you return an item for a refund, the original shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable. We will provide you with a free return shipping label and you will not have to pay for shipping costs incurred for the return.
Each order is eligible for one free exchange for a new size, color, or alternative item priced equal to or lower than the original item being exchanged. Exchanged items will be sent out after the return.

Note: Please contact our customer service (email: service@abclothes.store) before returning the package, you will not be able to get a refund if you return the package without permission.

- Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, we don’t accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service. Our return warehouse is located in North America.

- We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please return through your local post office to avoid tax.
- ABClothes is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in return transit, you can contact shipping company for a claim.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-abclothes products.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included, without any marks or signs of wear (ex. makeup marks, deodorant marks, etc.) to be eligible for return. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases;
- For reasons of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, socks, underwear and other personal clothing;
- Please make sure to contact our Customer Service Team first before you return the items. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be accepted;
- Non-abclothes items sent to our return address will be discarded upon receipt.
- Any address on the parcel is not an authorized return address, and you are still liable for any losses caused by the incorrect address.
- If you decide to use your own preferred carrier, we recommend that you select an insured and trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- We kindly request that you to use a shipping mailer bag for your returns instead of cardboard box. It is crucial to minimize discrepancies in return labels and prevent processing delays.
- If your purchase with coupon/gift card, we have the right not to refund the coupon/gift card you have used.
The below conditions are not related to quality issues:
- Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and color difference in monitor display;
- Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal reason;
- Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors;
- There may be slight differences to different size with the same items due to individual design and style in items;
- The sizing chart and the Customer Service Team can only offer recommendations before your purchase. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute as quality issues.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any return that does not meet our policy or exceeded the valid 14 days return period will not be accepted.
How to return or exchange or cancel the order?
Contact us via Chat or Email ( service@abclothes.store ) to start your return, exchange or cancel.
Once we receive your request, we’ll be in touch and provide return instructions and refund options - you'll need to reply with your preferred refund option.
You'll need to ship your item(s) to the return address provided, then share the shipment tracking information with us.
Note: Please be sure to tell us the sku of the items you want to return or exchange so we can better serve you.
