How to refund

We aim to offer services that will benefit all our customers. We hope you are happy with every purchase you make. In certain circumstances, you may want to return some items. Please reconfirm that you meet the conditions in our return and exchange policy.

  1. First go to your order status page.You can find the "Apply For Return" button. If you do not have this button, it means that you are not eligible for free return, please contact the customer service.

  1. You can view the order information by clicking the button. Click the "Apply For Return" button again


  1. Please select the reason of return, and upload the pictures of returns. And check your send info. Please be advised that the items in your return request must match the actual items and quantity returned, otherwise the return cannot be completed.


  1. After you submit your application, we will receive your return request and review it. You can view the results on the status page after the review. You can download the free waybill after passing the preliminary verification of returns from the page. 



Then, please print the waybill and return it to a nearby pickup point within 7 days. Note: If the deadline is exceeded, the system will default to you waiving the free return package.


  1. After we receive the package, we will review your package. If there is no problem, we will refund to your original account within 2-3 business days. 


Please note:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included, without any marks or signs of wear (ex. makeup marks, deodorant marks, etc.) to be eligible for return. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.
